The PhRMA Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our website. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

4.  Links To Other Web Sites

Our website may contain links to other websites or online services that are operated and maintained by third parties and that are not under the control of or maintained by us. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by us of those other websites, the content displayed therein, or the persons or entities associated therewith. This Privacy Policy does not apply to this third-party content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites or services.

6.  Children’s Privacy

The Services are directed to a general audience. The Services do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent, except as permitted by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 13, we will promptly delete personal information collected from that user.

7.  Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our privacy practices. We will post a prominent notice through our website to notify you of any material change, and indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.

8.  Your California Privacy Rights

We do not share information that we collect with third parties for the third party’s direct marketing purposes.

The PhRMA Foundation has worked with certain third-party social media providers to offer you their social networking services through our website. For example, you can use third-party social networking services, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to share information about your experience on our website with your friends and followers on those social networking services. These social networking services may be able to collect information about you, including your activity on our website. Please note that the website is directed toward users who reside in the United States. When you use our website, your information is stored and processed in and the United States, and/or transferred to other countries and territories, pursuant to the laws of the United States. While some of these countries may not offer the same level of privacy protection as your own, we commit to uphold the privacy protections as explained in this Policy.
